Great workouts, fun environment, super friendly and helpful staff
The classes are fun and effective. I feel like I'm getting a lot of results with my body and I've only gone 3 times! Can't wait to see what my body will look in one month, 6 months, or a year! :)
I like how much I sweat and work my whole body in the sculpt classes, and I especially enjoy Kasey who teaches the 7:30 cardio circuit classes in Saturdays. I think she is one of the best and my favorite instructor at the studio.

The instructors at the Pasadena branch show a lot of intention in their teaching and it shows. From the curation of the music playlists to the themes of the poses I always come away feeling like I was part of something designed to help me through life. They also do a great job catering to newcomers by reminding us to go at our own pace while keeping it interesting for regular yogis by challenging us to try holding moves longer or to be creative. I currently live in orange county and have tried most of the studios in that area. I always feel lucky when I get to go to Pasadena. It's a step above. Maybe the energy is just more my speed but I think the quality of the staff is the main reason.

I love the classes. The teachers are amazing. I have noticed that the studios aren't as clean as they once were. The mirrors are often dirty. I would go more often but the price is a little high.
Starting my yoga journey in San Diego, and regularly attending studios throughout Orange County and LA, I can say without a doubt that CPY Pasadena is a special place. The community is welcoming, dedicated, and enthusiastic about sharing and deepening their practice and the facilities are immaculate. I have been fortunate to practice with the following teachers whose commitment to curiosity keeps me coming back: Stephanie, Kasey, Joel, Katharine, Shannon, Marjorie, and a recent Colorado transplant... I can see everyone working hard to do this, but continuing to acknowledge and recognize new and returning students with enthusiasm really goes a long way, and names create opportunities for connection. Thanks for the chance to share and be a part of such a fantastic group of explorers.
