Fantastic class! The instructor had great energy, she was very well prepared. The class atmosphere was welcoming for a new student, and the music was fun. Finally the workout was challenging, I loved the class and plan on returning in the future.
I like how the studio is small enough to provide a friendly atmosphere even for beginners like myself. Additionally I love how merchandise is on sale next to the desk so I can easily keep all my yoga related activities centered at one location.
I feel like I get both relaxing time to myself and a great workout. The instructors have all been nice and helpful and enthusiastic about their practice.
