It was my first time at corepower and I LOVE it!! The teacher was amazing and I didn't feel uncomfortable or embarrassed because it was my first time there. Locker rooms were very clean and I loved everything about it!! I definitely plan on coming 5 times a week.

Really happy with the programs.
Gym cleanliness/quality is great.
Only suggestion is to provide olastic bags for stinky workout clothes and towels.

I love the variety of the classes offered. The only thing I would change would be a wider option of classes, especially later on the weekends.

The instructors our extremely nice and you have a great selection of clothes! I love the great deals on clothes as well.

I've never done a sculpt class and it was tough and the instructor was great.

I really enjoy the classes and the teachers. The teachers are all enthusiastic and you can tell they really enjoy teaching.
I do wish for an additional C1 and C2 option on the weekends. Something a little earlier in the day would be ideal (a 9:00 or 10:00?). I would also love to have the option of a restorative class, even once a month (full moon practice, maybe?).

As a first time yogi, I was nervous coming into class. However I appreciated the reassurances the instructor gave were comforting. The pacing was a bit fast - might be because I'm new to yoga - but I liked that it was dynamic. I found my problem with yoga when I attempted it that it was just a bit too slow. I was surprised that I started sweating because I didn't think people sweat during yoga.

Great instructors and classes. The bathroom is a little dirty/smelly, but doesn't affect my rating.

Excellent class I really enjoy the combination between yoga and cardio.

Great workout!

The instructor was great--she had an awesome playlist and was very welcoming. The best part about the class what that the instructor demonstrated the all the poses and for the more challenging poses, she showed us three to four different alternatives. Will definitely come back again!

I love the first come, first serve aspect. This is so useful with a busy lifestyle. I like the variety of classes and pace of the class.

As a first timer, I was completely comfortable and welcome in the studio. The instructor was friendly and encouraging. I also wanted to buy everything that was for sale!

I have been to many yoga studios in the northern Virginia area (I am 22 years and have lived here my whole life) and this is by far the best one I've been to! I am not much of a yoga person , but This class made me enjoy the class. It was just the right amount of high energy and also relaxing and meditating the way that yoga should be. I did the C1 class and I loved that there was an ab section, I am a big runner and athlete, and this was the first time I did yoga where I felt like I got as good if not better work out. I loved the music during it too-- Ellie Goulding and Beyoncé were great. Also our instructor Athena was awesome. I can't wait to go back! I seriously don't have enough good things to say about it

Clean, friendly, Tigers always a lot of positive energy from teachers.

Clean studio, knowledgeable instructors, beautiful space, etc.

This studio is really inviting partly due to the cleanliness and pretty decor but mostly due to the friendly and helpful staff. The instructors go out of their way to correct form and push you further. My experience at CPY has been incredible so far and I'm really looking forward to continuing my practice.

Relaxed and calming atmosphere

I love the variety of classes, as well as the variety of retail options. I feel like my practice is taken seriously by the instructors and that they are there to help me improve and deepen my connection with mind and body.
