Our franchisee will always make sure things get done. If there are ever any issues with the cleaning, he is on top of it -- he will sometimes do the job himself. The field services consultant also checks in from time to time to verify we are satisfied with the service from the franchisee.
Moduform finds the group that we have very pleasant to deal with. We have had some small issues but nothing major. Just to make sure that the rolls to toilet paper or paper towels do not run out, but this is only a very small issue.
Lately we have not seen any issues, we are satisfied with the service.

The cleaners do not rush through their work. They do a good job cleaning even when small items are left out need to be moved, they clean under items and then place right back where they found it. I am amazed that even months after hiring JAN-PRO do our cleaning. They have not changed how clean our offices are one bit, looks as good as their first day on the job. This has not been the case with other cleaners we have had in the past. Reyna and Jesus do a great job for us.

We are happy with the service provided by the people who clean our building. I have SELDOM gotten complaints, and Ms. Katie has immediately addressed anything about which we expressed concern. When Ms. Katie (Perez) comes into the office just to check in and ensure all is well, she also takes the time to inspect the building to ensure it's being done up to JanPro standards, as well.
So I REALLY want to brag on Katie Perez, though. We have had excellent managers since we started with Jan Pro several years ago - but Ms. Katie is the best yet! All have been very personable and pleasant to work with, but Ms. Perez takes pride in her work of ensuring things are done according to the company standards. I cannot say enough good about her!
