I like the whole experience of coming in getting a cut and shave and a wash its relaxing and refreshing.
You really go out of your way to make it easy on your customers! Checking in online is a snap, I never have to wait long, and even with different stylists at the chair every time, the notes saved in the system make communicating (and getting) what I want quick and easy. Also, the staff is really knowledgable and can explain in simple words why something like a taper fade would work well for me (it does -- he was right). I've literally never had a bad haircut at SportClips.
I realize you’re going for a certain look, but the waste baskets are nasty. And not only is there no pedal to open without having to touch the lid, but touching the lid is extremely nasty because of however many people before me have touched it. Also, they just kinda look funny
