All the stylists are great to work with, offering suggestions, making sure that I’m satisfied with my hair and beard. Great service from entering to leaving. Julie has cut my hair for years. A few years ago she was promoted to regional manager so I have not seen her for quite some time. I went in expecting someone else and Julie happened to be there. She immediately recognized me and was happy to see me. Even though she wasn’t there to cut hair, she dropped what she was doing and borrowed other stylists equipment and cut my hair. Julie is absolutely the best and she made my day. Thank you so much Julie!!

Getting a haircut doesn't sound like a big chore but it can be, trying to find a hair stylist that understands what you want, who can give you the haircut you desire but most of all make you feel comfortable through the whole process, that can be a daunting mission. Then you find a hairstylist like Chris who makes the whole interaction comfortable, remember details about your life your family to the point where when your kid comes in she will ask how I am doing and vice versa. She knows how to make the experience awesome, funny and respects your wishes for example I love the VIP treatment but she understands I just want my hair washed I don't need the other things. When I make my appointments at sports clips I specifically look for Chris for that reason she makes the experience so nice and so painless that it's one less thing to worry about.
