Though I couldn't make an appointment, the wait was not too long. My stylist did a good job and listened to what I needed. I had originally wanted to go to a location closer to my home but the wait on that at that location was over 2 1/2 hours . This seems to be the norm at many locations as they appear to be understaffed. Still I would go again. They were friendly and understanding.
Steph always does a great job on my hair. Gets me in and out quickly. The only thing that sucks is your appt scheduler. When people come from far away, it is hard to make an appt with someone you want to request. When you go to get in the lineup, it may tell you you have 20 min to get there when you live 45 min away. I used to be able to call Steph and she could hold/adjust my time, that is gone now. Otherwise, she seems to run a great shop.
