the classes are great
Love the variety of classes available & all the different forms of yoga and other exercise routines (eg weights, blocks, straps etc) incorporated into each session.
Like that you can choose between various levels, teachers and also the feedback provided and tips on how to improve given by each teacher.
Also like the facility, interior decor, the fact that they provide showers, towels, mats, drinking water, lockers, locks etc.

I liked that there was no cardio section in the sculpt class. I always feel like I'm about to faint during the cardio portion.
Friday's C2 was lovely. Good flow and cues and music. Can't wait to go back.

My favorite studio!!! 6am Krissy on Tuesdays, 6am Ashley on Wednesday and 6am Elissa on Friday's are the best teachers out there! Studio is pretty clean and location is convenient. Love love love this studio!

First time at the studio, but have been to GC, Streeterville many times. Super clean studio and friendly staff as well. Class was packed and lots of fun. "Sculpt".
