It's a great variety of restorative, calm yoga and upbeat challenging yoga. Most studios only offer one or the other and Corepower does both and well. I always leave super sweaty and super satisfied with my workout.
I have gone to many Corepower locations in the suburbs and the city. The River North location is by far my favorite! Every staff member is always so happy and polite. I love the way they each teach their classes so differently, and I feel like they really want to help everyone participating in the class.
Sierra Smith did an amazing job instructing the class! Please put her on the schedule more often!
