I've been working with the guys at the Carterville branch for a couple of years now. I work at the Power Plant in Cartersville and due to freight issues, I needed to purchase parts for our machines from someone that could get them to me quickly. They have been able to get me out of more than one emergency situation, and they always do it with a smile on their face. They are easy to work with and its very nice having a local vendor to go to in a time of need.

I would have made it a 10 if I got prompt support for the software I purchased. Parker was unable to depart from their bureaucratic ritual of email only, and my attempt to get support from Hydrodyne also failed.

Geri is great at her job, she answers back in a timely manner and lets you know if she has run into to a problem so i would say customer service is a big reason

Rob our representative has been more than helpful providing technical information and going above and beyond to do his best to find anything we are in search of. If there is anything we may need I don’t hesitate to call him without a question, he also helps assist in troubleshooting some of our constant issues to come up with a solution to help avoid and eliminate the issue in the future.
