We continue to rely on Hydradyne as our normal first stop when looking for parts/replacements/solutions.
I normally contact one person continuously to build a relationship between companies. First name removed Dorsey is my contact. I appreciate his quick response to my emails as I have customers that are in a bind that need answers quickly. We appreciate ALL whom we contact from Hydradyne of course but, that is my personal experience.

Tim at the counter is outstanding!! I came in two weeks ago with a rush project and no idea how to configure it. Tim walked me through it and got me the right parts the first time around. Great guy very knowledgeable.

I feel confident that when I refer Hydradyne to anyone needing cylinder replacements or repair that Rob Craig with Hydradyne will get us what we need. I have that confidence due to the fact that Rob has worked with us before and has always provided us with courteous and professional customer service. Anyone can sell a cylinder. Customer service is why you have repeat business.

We have used Hydradyne countless times and had nothing but good experiences. Mark is closest to our facility in Spartanburg and is always a pleasure to work with. Recently, Mark was not available, and a team came down from Charlotte, NC to work on our newest machine. Jesse and Bailey were top notch! I asked Mark if everyone from the company was this nice and thorough when asked to complete a task. Hydradyne team is always taking notes for future services and visits... truly blown away that a facility can have so many consistent employees in 2023. Safety and cleanliness are something that these guys take just as serious as we do which makes working together ever easier!
