Our representative Eric Eisbrenner (came to our offices in person) and after he reviewed our information, he clearly understood our needs and offered a variety of suggestions, including when we were looking for specific solutions. He clearly was experienced with hydraulics, along with complete systems. Plus Hydradyne was able to deliver the product we needed (a custom built power unit) to my company much sooner than other competitors. Hydradyne also provided to us, a detailed approval drawing which was very helpful, just in case we saw something we wanted to revise. Our company (Hayes & Stolz Ind Mfg Co LLC) will very likely return to Hydradyne for our next project dealing with Hydraulics. Hydradyne is very professional.

Because Hydradyne is just down the street from us instead of just shipping the product to us (Like most companies would do) they delivered the product to us saving us money on shipping. To me that is taking care of your customers. we did not ask for that service, they took it upon themselves to provide that service and it is greatly appreciated.

Great customer service!

I always get the fittings I need and in good quantities. Great and friendly staff. Best part is knowing that any supply need I have I am able to have in a short timeline and with my production requirements being hectic from time to time, its great to have a vendor that can keep up with my needs.
