BECAUSE OF JOEY BUHRKUHL, I WAS LOOKING FOR A MECHANICAL INDICATOR AND HE WAS A GREAT AND A FAST HELP TO OUR TEAM. HE PROVIDED US WITH THE CORRECT DRAWING TO THE PART AND WAS ABLE TO DISTINGUISH WHAT WE NEEDED. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. AND THE GREAT ATTITUDE.

We ordered a part that ended up wrong. I contacted Bobby Whitlock & sent him pictures. He got us a part that looks correct, We have been so busy they have not put it on yet. As soon as they do, I will return the wrong part to you. Lois

The guys at hydradyne were great and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to help me find an odd sized british pipe fitting. I would definitely recommend anybody needing help in this field to come and see the guys here, if they do not have it on hand they will certainly find it and get it ordered for you. I personally worked with serviced representative, Eric Hankins, who was amazing to work with. Mr. Hankins went above and beyond to help me find the fittings I needed, not only did he find them but got them to me quickly (the next day) and for a great price as well. Overall my experience was great.

The ladies at the service desk were able to fix for me what 15 other specialty shops in the OKC metro were not. I needed a valve that was made in 1981 Japan. It was a British Parallel Thread to American Pipe Thread, so being that those are obviously not commonly available, and special order from the manufacturer only (Hitachi) the proceeds to build me one. Fantastic job ladies!! Thank you again.

The purchasing of parts and technical support have been great. One service visit was less than satisfactory. This is the reason for an 8 instead of a 10.

I was a walk in customer, a small hose for my tractor burst . I was assisted immediately, it was explained that an additional fitting or 2 may be needed to make exact fit . Hose was created and I was out the door. Sadly I don't remember either of the gentleman's names but both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I chose your location based on having used them in Houma La. In the 80's . When needed I will return

The team is always there when needed. Parts seem to be on hand and if not they get them in a timely manner. Great team and easy to work with.

Our representative Eric Eisbrenner (came to our offices in person) and after he reviewed our information, he clearly understood our needs and offered a variety of suggestions, including when we were looking for specific solutions. He clearly was experienced with hydraulics, along with complete systems. Plus Hydradyne was able to deliver the product we needed (a custom built power unit) to my company much sooner than other competitors. Hydradyne also provided to us, a detailed approval drawing which was very helpful, just in case we saw something we wanted to revise. Our company (Hayes & Stolz Ind Mfg Co LLC) will very likely return to Hydradyne for our next project dealing with Hydraulics. Hydradyne is very professional.

Because Hydradyne is just down the street from us instead of just shipping the product to us (Like most companies would do) they delivered the product to us saving us money on shipping. To me that is taking care of your customers. we did not ask for that service, they took it upon themselves to provide that service and it is greatly appreciated.
