I really enjoy your Core Restore class and the teacher Angela. I hope that you add it to other days besides just Sunday. The yoga studio is always clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. I'm new to yoga and this has been a great place to start.

To start off - the studio facilities are very nice. To start off there is plenty of parking close to the studio. The boutique shopping area at the front is nice and has a very cool selection of yoga gear to browse.

The Yoga Sculpt class is one of my absolute favorite classes I've ever taken. I love the flow of the yoga with the incorporation of the cardio and weights. Our instructor was enthusiastic, encouraging and very easy to follow. Great way to start off the new year!

I am not very good at Yoga yet I was made to feel very comfortable. I also like the music and the energy with the class. I did the class with weights which made me feel like I was getting yoga plus ome.

The CorePower Yoga community is filled with incredible people who are helping make the world a better place by inspiring others to make positive changes in their lives. I have found so much inspiration, motivation, and peace within the walls of these studios thanks to this unique approach to yoga. We help lift each other up instead of competing and comparing ourselves to each other. The candlelit practices really allow for us to go within to find our strength and grace, which is then carried out into our everyday lives.
