I tried the the Core Power 2 class. I liked how the teacher led the class. It was a challenging flow that reinforced good basics.

I travel a lot for work and this is my 5th or 6th visit to this studio . Love the studio, the instructors are very good, and the class schedule fits my work schedule. Also like the fact that there is actually men's clothing in the retail section.
