I like that you don’t need an appointment and can use the app to sign up in advance. Ana does a great job cutting my hair and it’s still affordable. In Richmond, I’ve gotten terrible haircuts that require an appointment and are only open Monday-Friday, 9-5. My work schedule requires a ton of travel and flexibility so keeping a hair appointment can be difficult.

I've never had a bad haircut here! Every technician has been great, and the notes in the system help ensure I have a reliable and pleasant experience every time. The people, even when the place is a zoo, treat me with respect and politeness like I'm the only one there... absolutely awesome. :)

Love the decor and atmosphere of this place. Crystal was great and was able to take me right away. Being an old man and not much hair up on the dome, she still did a great job with what was there and she assured me that yes, there was enough there to work with. Yeah!
