Always get a fantastic Haircut from Keisha or sometimes Sam. Wonderful customer service and a nice clean place. Im quiet but friendly, and Keisha does a good job listening while not overloading me and putting me off with sports stuff (Sorry just a WWE fan, no sportball) . Im normally in and out of there quickly even when there is a wait. My cut is quick, but no corners are cut in service or quality which is exactly what I want. Thank you guys!
My 10 year old son loves the routine of the MVP - sadly, this last visit they did not do that for him and he had hair all over his neck/back/shirt and was miserable until he was able to shower that night. Do not recommend stylist Jessyca.

We always go to Tiaira and she does a great job with my twins who are 13 year-old boys. The hair is always dirty and she never complains.

Fast and friendly
It's not the products that are why I visit the Sport Clips at Breckenridge in Chester, VA. Quite frankly, your services and products are overpriced for what you get. I visit this location for one stylist in particular...Sam! For me it's all about customer service. If you can't carry a conversation, be great at cutting hair, and focus on your customer, then you have no business in that line of work. I travel the extra distance to have Sam (only) cut my hair. I have been at other Sport Clips locations, most do fine cutting hair, but they all lack in customer service. When that customer sits in the chair, they should be the only focus. Not conversations going on between stylists that make the customer feel invisible. Nor because they are having a bad day or life drama, you have to suffer too. Sam gets it! The conversation is always upbeat and the haircut great, showing her pride in her work. I see others at this location following her lead, but I'm not looking to switch stylists. Even with the MVP, she doesn't rush like most. I travel all over the country for work and sometimes can't make it back home before needing a haircut so i visit locations in different stats. They aren't Sam!
Sports clips has created a model that lines their pockets but unfortunately doesn't line the pocket of their employees at the same rate. I'm sure the intent was extra services will lead to bigger tips. Well, that just goes to show how out of touch the people at the top are with their customers. Most stylist rush through that process because the tips are not reflected in the extra work. Sam doesn't rush. Does she give the best scalp and face massage I have had, no not always, but she doesn't rush me through the process and out the door to get to the next tip. She always makes me feel appreciated for my business and my tips reflect my appreciation. I always tip her very well.
So please don't send me a request for a review to boost your ego about your overpriced services and products but instead send me requests about customer service and people you have working for you. It's customer service that will make or break your business and keep the doors open, not a $40 bottle of shampoo. Sam is one of your stars! She should be one that your company uses to model what is required of a Sport Clips Stylist. Send her to train other employees at locations in her area, the state and the country. Its people like her that will make your company successful!

Friendly people and quick service
I’m not really a sports guy, so that part of it doesn’t appeal to me. But the efficiency and the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff is always great.
