They are professionals, who take their jobs seriously, are polite, kind and friendly. My last hair technician helped me to choose a shampoo, conditioner and oil. We always have a great experience! Our stylist this past time was incredibly accommodating and made my seven year-old feel very comfortable while giving him an excellent cut.

I like that you don’t need an appointment and can use the app to sign up in advance. Ana does a great job cutting my hair and it’s still affordable. In Richmond, I’ve gotten terrible haircuts that require an appointment and are only open Monday-Friday, 9-5. My work schedule requires a ton of travel and flexibility so keeping a hair appointment can be difficult.
