Staff was friendly and helpful. Hair wash and head massage was wonderful. Now I understand why my husband likes getting his haircut there. Even though I am a female with long hair, the hair stylist did a wonderful job on my trim.

Online check-in. Ability to choose stylist. Display of waiting times for stylists. Convenient to my home (under 10 minutes). Without waiting for more than a day, I'm always able to choose one of my favorite stylists at a convenient time. Open, clean, well-lit, and spacious customer areas. I'm always greeted when I enter.
