My hair stylist was great. It was my first time at a Sports Clips and she walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. I will be retuning because of both the great haircut and the relaxing experience.
Can use the app to see what the wait time is at several area Sport Clop locations then choose the one that is most convenient for you. The wait time matched the app time so that was great! Can use the app to check in then walk in when you get a text that you are next in line. Hair cut was great and she even knew how I liked my hair cut without me describing it to her. Friendly service and a good hair cut!

Most pleasant
Probably first and foremost is the fact that the stylists here are attentive and cordial without presuming I want to share my life story with them. The questions they ask are about my preferences about length or style or some other appropriate consideration about my hair cut, and are not about my plans for the weekend or what I think of the weather. I don't buy the products, but I do *really* like the services that come with the MVP: the hot towel, the relaxing shampoo process, and later the massage of the neck and shoulders. Sport Clips is more than twice as expensive as my former shop, but it's worth it. (My haircut today by Michala was among the best I've had here. She is the third stylist I've encountered at this location, and I'll list her as my preferred stylist in the future.)
Iman is the absolute best stylist - always great with customers and keeping me coming back with the great job she does in my haircut! She deserves a HUGE raise - the best there is for SportsClips!
Clean, fast, friendly, quiet
I always receive excellent service when I go to a sports clip. This was my first visit at this location and everyone was pleasant. i was greeted warmly when I arrived and I was seen quickly by someone whom asked me a few questions and then proceeded to do just as I asked.
The onl;y short coming was I did not get asked if I wanted an MVP. Which I almost always get..
The online check in is a great feature.
