I have had consistent experience at Sports Clips in general. They do a great job most of the time and I am satisfied with the service. One thing I’ve noticed that the some workers don’t seem very happy. I’m not complaining about them. Rather I’m hoping management/corporate can do something to lift their morale. I also know that there are workers who are like that.

its solid quality and service at a fair price...my time is extremely valuable...the Sport Clips process from start to finish usually takes 45 minutes and that includes 25 minutes of driving to and from...you can't beat that!

Very consistent hair cut which ever store I use. Always nice, always friendly and accommodating when their app is down.
Usually, there is someone available to serve you almost every time I go in.
Clean, neat and the floor is swept frequently, usually after each cut.

Consistent quality no matter which location I visit, all associates seem to be very well trained. That being said, Meghan at the Stratford Hills Richmond location does an extra awesome job.

Stylists do a great job, relaxing environment, remote check in, easy to deal with. Lots of product options, but haven’t purchased anything because my hair is not that demanding!
What is going on with tipping around here. Everyone has hand out. Machines required tipping. My stylist was good and i would have tipped her regardless but everyone has their hand out. If we are (in a sense) going to pay your employees for the service you provide then what is the 31 dollars for.....supplies? I get it .... your in business to make money but 40 dollars for a 10 min haircut is making me think i need to look at great clips. All you do with my hair is put a guard on a razor and run over peoples hair.

My 12-year old son said Candress might have been the nicest person he's ever met. He went on and on about how much interest she showed in him and wants to return to her for all his haircuts in the future! He also loved the haircut ;).
