Rasheeda does great with my grandson!
I liked the woman who cut my hair. Her name is Rasheeda. She greeted me, shook my hand, introduced herself, and led me to her chair. She asked me how I wanted my hair cut. She ASKED if I wanted her to use the Tea Tree (?) stuff or water. (Water please.) No one has done that before. She was friendly and efficient. She invited me to come back for a free neck trim. No one has ever done that. She also invited me to come again when I needed a cut.
It was a wonderful customer experience. She should teach the course on how to make a positive impression on clients.
My grandson received a fantastic haircut. He couldn't stop looking at how much better he looked. Thanks so much!

My stylist is absolutely great! Everyone there is fantastic. I am older at 74 years old so appreciate their consideration for my age. Wish the pricing was better but they do give me the discount and I have an aide who is military and he gets his discount also so they are on top of it. The pricing is a corporate policy across the board I know. As I said they are great! Please pass this along. Bob Last name removed
