Yesterday was my first haircut in 8 weeks because of "Shelter in Place" regulations.
The staff were extremely cautious in the way they went about their business (which I am grateful) Donya was very friendly and upbeat despite the trying circumstances...and I got a fantastic haircut!!!

The stylist engagement during my haircut, the pre-cautions that were taken to keep customers and employees safe to include the following: Offered a mask to get my haircut since I didn't have one at the time of my visit, took my temperature to ensure I didn't have a fever, and asked me some screening questions to ensure I did not display symptoms of COVID. I don't use a mask but I have great respect for a business that takes these precautions to protect employees and customers. The facility was cleaned and social distancing was in practice.

Since the first time I went, I have enjoyed my experiences at the Suburban Plaza Sport Clips. I love the MVP upgrade and get it every time. Also, Karen, in particular, has been fantastic. I always look to see if she is there before I go get my haircut.

Your stylists are always good and give me the cut I want. Everything with your company is great except these stupid surveys that waste out time. STOP with the surveys and I’ll keep giving you my money because I like the service. Keep annoying me with surveys after every hair cut and I’ll find another place to get a cut and head massage with a hot towel.
I’ve been going to sports clips for a few years now, and they always bring up good conversations to lighten up your day. They can have these conversations while being professional about giving your your haircut. My stylists always check to make sure my haircut is looking how it should and if more should be done or not, to my standards. I usually get the MVP haircut and really enjoy how relaxing it is. At the end my haircut is always as good or better than I planned on.
