The customer service is amazing and the haircut looks great.
It is a very well maintained business. Everyone there is very nice and professional and I like all the different services they provide from the massage to the hot towel. Watching TV is also nice while getting your haircut. They have online check in and contactless payment with Apple Pay, which are great features. They are also handling the COVID-19 situation very well and I feel very safe there.

First time. Desperate for a haircut. The place I usually go to was closed. Karen welcomed me and assured me she could cut my curly hair.
It was an OUTSTANDING haircut! I most definitely will be back. I’m a nurse, so I was really impressed with her diligent adherence to COVID precautions. Personally, I thought it was crazy for people to get haircuts now. If everyone practices as Karen, I may be convinced to change my mind. 😉

Dani is THE BEST!! Although two other co-workers (one was even a manager I think) were in the back room talking and ignoring the several customers who were waiting the whole time I was there, Dani attended to my haircut, answered the phones and dealt with people at coming into the store, and all with a smile. It would be great if the rest of the staff was as awesome and responsive as she is.
