Love Studio Lagree. I hadn't been since March 2020, but missed the classes so much. I like how they have flexibility to go to a group class or book your own private class. I am doing private classes and I felt very safe as they made sure to clear out the studio before I entered and everything was very clean. So happy to be back!

I love my private Lagree sessions with Mitchell Hayley! He is always able to adjust our workouts with modifications as needed for my limitations and still manages to provide a kick-butt workout. I’ve definitely gotten much stronger since I started Lagree with Mitchell.
studio is very clean and organized. All of the Instructors are welcoming to everyone and are willing to answer all questions. The workouts are challenging and I always walk out feeling like I got a great workout!
