Teacher was great and very helpful. Did a great job explaining the machine to me ahead of my first class and was helpful during the class without interrupting the flow of the class. Front Desk person was also really nice. Additionally the class was really tough, but enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

the music is way too loud and its really difficult to hear the instructor
I was there on Sunday and they had a spin class and that music was so loud you couldn't hear the instructor give the instructions for the start of the M3Fusion class
Love the new smaller classes at KO. Luis is great. I like that he brings his boxing training into class to share with us. The drills were fresh and his approach on pads was great.

The studio staff are incredibly friendly and make a wonderful community. The facilities are clean and spacious. But most importantly, the classes give you results! Not one class is the same, you are always challenged and working to exhaustion. It is the one workout that can truly transform my body. Classes have given me great strength and balance and confidence!

I've never been so sore (in a good way) from a workout! I also enjoy that group classes never get too big - especially now during the pandemic. In addition, the instructors are really positive, which motivates me to do my best in class. Highly recommend!
