I love the size of the classes and the studio layout, being able to have 1 on 1 with instructors throughout class. I love reformer classes and the different targeted muscles. I also love the 50 minute classes with work hours.

I absolutely LOVED this class! Sally was the best instructor I have had... maybe ever! She was difficult but hysterical, so the class was a killer workout but so entertaining.

Teacher was great and very helpful. Did a great job explaining the machine to me ahead of my first class and was helpful during the class without interrupting the flow of the class. Front Desk person was also really nice. Additionally the class was really tough, but enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

the music is way too loud and its really difficult to hear the instructor
I was there on Sunday and they had a spin class and that music was so loud you couldn't hear the instructor give the instructions for the start of the M3Fusion class
Love the new smaller classes at KO. Luis is great. I like that he brings his boxing training into class to share with us. The drills were fresh and his approach on pads was great.
The quality of the workout is outstanding. I also like the cleanliness of the gym.
