Great workout.
Classes are smaller, allowing for a better trainer to student ratio. There is equal focus on technique as well as conditioning, so you’re always improving. Instructors are amazing and teach to all levels. Luis is the best!

Very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. It was my first time ever doing a class on one of these machines. Never liked any sort of workout classes prior, always just went and did my own workouts in an open gym with weights. I fell in love with this!

I enjoy Sydney's classes. Would like to see more evenings at FH and more experienced instructors at FH as well. Kings street is very far for me and I only go because Sydney gives a good class
