The instructors are very knowledgeable and we really enjoy the quick transitions in class.
Everything was excellent from start to finish. I just couldn’t hear the instructor very well. If the music could be turned down during instructions, or if the instructor could speak louder, that would’ve been helpful.
Jeffery is an amazing instructor. His programs are always challenging but accessible and his playlists are the best!
I will say though, for a boutique fitness studio charging premium prices, it’s clear the megaformers are in need of maintenance (e.g. the straps, the handles, the springs, etc) just from general wear and tear.
Aside from that, Lagree is a great workout!

I love the workout! My only wish is that there were just a little bit of cardio incorporated to kick up our heart rate.

Some instructors better than others.
Package pricing makes absolutely no sense. It’s cheaper to just continue buying 2 packs that expire in a week than a larger package. Very frustrating. We’d to have packages for specific # of classes per month.

I love it here, and have had the opportunity to be in classes with some of the best teachers! The space is wonderful too — clean, calming, and restorative. I'd love to take classes more; the only barrier being pricing and not being able to buy a monthly membership, for example.
However, I understand the value in the classes that I take, as I have seen results from consistency in coming to Lagree, which is hugely rewarding.
I'm a BIG fan of Lagree, and my "home" studio in Old Town, and all that you offer to me!

Erin is hands down the best instructor within the Chicago franchise and I wish her hub was River North! The way she teaches should be the standard across the board. Such a great workout!!!
The workout is unlike any other method and it puts zero impact on my joints, but still transforms my body! I have become way stronger and muscular since training with Lagree!
