The sculpt classes and core cardio. I also like Christina chambers , Tabu , Katie Burke,, Amy Oplieski, Amy P, Meli, Natalie Ef, Forrest , and Sophie. They are my favorite teachers .... I work a lot so I try to get to classes as much as possible. Ms Chambers is an excellent teacher and so are the others . The classes make me feel and look good . I would go everyday but I work too much.... Take care of my teachers and I'll bring more new students🐯

The classes are well taught and the workout is consistently challenging.

I loved the cardio circuit classes you guys had, a lot! It was great to alternate them with power fusion or even a c2. If I wasn't traveling and working so much I would still have my membership, but my schedule right now is the worst. I would like to see the videos come back so that I can practice when I'm on a trip or at work, it would be nice to take 30min, a couple times a day in between meetings to do the videos. The time it takes me to drive to the studio, take the hour class, and drive back is too long. Hopefully I can come back soon...

The instructor I took my C1 class with on Wed at 6pm was great! She explained things very clearly, which for a beginner like me, was very helpful as I'm still learning the yoga "language". I'm sure I'll be back again soon for more!

Core Power Point Loma had a really great and friendly staff. They were very informative and answers d all my questions. The instructor was really nice as well.

Great energy and structure to all classes

Christina Chambers is the reason I continue to come back to CorePower Yoga. She is by far the best and most influential teacher I have ever had. She strives for excellence and gives no less than 110% in everything she does

I particularly love a couple of the HPF instructors, especially Dee!!!! She really gets the heat nice and toasty, which is hard to beg teachers to do. I love her pace, style and energy, and I would recommend any of my friends to seek her out specifically. Andre is also a yoga angel from heaven! His classes get a little too packed for my liking, but regardless of class size, he puts on an amazing practice and has wonderful, loving energy. Kimiko puts on a lovely core restore and gives heavenly adjustments/mini massages during class. Christina H also gets HPF nice and toasty when she teaches on Thursday afternoons. Basically, it's the instructors that I seek out and love. Half the time the studios are dusty, gross with hair and sweat, and half the time, it's OK, but the instructors are what make it happen.

The space

Loved the sculpt class. The manager is awesome.

The class was a great workout and relaxing at the same time. Everyone who was on staff at the time was very friendly.

I am very impressed with the caliber of teachers and condition of the studio. The level of professionalism has definitely improved and this is by far my favorite CP Yoga studio. Keep up the great work!

Array of classes.

I really liked the vibe in the studio! Everyone was there to have a great time and unite over mutual love of the yoga practice, it was awesome!
