Rene's C2 class is nothing short of amazing. She is full of energy and life. She brings it with her every Saturday to her classes. Her class is genuine and the manta she picks for each class begins the minute she begins teaching till you leave the door and carry it with you throughout the rest of the day.
Lastly, if you having a tough day or week you are guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face.

The teachers are awesome! Not only was Renee' excellent at guiding us through our flow and pushing our edge, but she shared some very insightful spiritual life lessons that we could take out into the world.

I *love* CorePower, and Alex's HPF class was fantastic. His playlist is the best! The only thing I don't like about the Point Loma location is the traffic getting there.

It’s everything you need to be fit and structure your body to be strong and fit. You have your own personal trainer telling you exactly what to do and how to do it. You may think it’s expensive but not when you realize you have your own personal trainer. I love CorePower!
