Great staff & clean studios

All employees are very welcoming the second you enter the studio and always seem to be enjoying their jobs. Studio is always clean and organized as well, which is important to keep up with for a yoga studio. I enjoy all sculpt classes I take and each teacher does a great job at pushing our limits, in the best way.

The Point Loma facility is very clean and well set up. I enjoy this studio and most of the teachers. Damon is fabulous in how he teaches and supports the students.

Some classes are very full and need organization of placement for mats. One teacher recently allowed a full massage to occur in hpf class that was already too busy and I found that to be distracting and weird so I won’t be returning to that instructor

I love the classes and the fact that the flows change often. I had never done hot yoga before coming to CorePower. Now I can't do it any other way.

I love all of the instructors, shout out to Angel & Sophie! The themed classes & special classes are my fav, as well as The Sound Collective sound baths.

However, I cannot take HPF at this location, one time I fainted and had to leave because it was way too hot. I have been fine in all other HPFs at different locations, but at this one I find it significantly hotter.

Kirsten does her best to go above and beyond to accommodate CPY Point Loma students, and her dedication to the studio does not go unnoticed.

The location, parking and facilities are good. The instructors are always friendly and accommodating, the instructors I’ve taken class with all clearly have a passion for what they do.
