I like the environment and the instructors. The only thing I would recommend is limiting the number of people who can attend the yoga sculpt class. When there is so many people in there I feel I can't do 100% because I'm bumping into someone or I feel crowded and it gets way to hot.

Downtown Mpls has many EXCELLENT and TALENTED teachers! I notice. They guide us through Hot Yoga, pointing out new techniques to improve our practices. It is mediation in motion.

I love the facility and the fact that you have showers, hair ties, and other amenities available. The class I attended was amazing, both physically challenging and spiritually fulfilling.

Quality of instructors and class schedule

the instructors i have met so far have been so friendly and welcoming. well, most of them. I don't know what it is or perhaps i am bias but the 2 gentlemen i have met have been a bit rude or at least not very friendly. But other than that, i love the service. i haven't bought anything because there's no price tags. i'm a college student and have very little money so i'd feel embarrassed to ask the prices, specially, if i can't afford it.

Molly was a great teacher. The space available to us was clean and in great condition - the showers / shampoos and gel were so appreciated! Molly G played an excellent set of music and encouraged us to take our time - super appreciative of a supportive and encouraging yoga teacher as I'm just getting back into it!
