A large variety of classes offered at a variety of times and taught by knowledgeable instructors.
I have been to every CPY location in the Cities as well as a few in Washington DC. CPY Downtown Minneapolis is still my favorite! The instructors know me by name and are incredibly motivating and encouraging - especially both Mollys, Ellie, and Bre (and Ken at Ten!). I learn something every single time I go to class, whether it's C1, C2, HPF, etc. As an overweight, formerly inflexible new yogi, I never thought I would say this - but yoga has become one of the best parts of my day.
Personnel is very nice. Teachers seems experienced, and they always have an alternative if you struggle with a specific posture, and they are willing to help.
The studio is adequate, and changing rooms and bathroom are clean and comfortable overall.
