The environment and instructors

The instructor was upbeat and made the class accessible to a variety of skill levels by almost always providing ways to adapt the position or action to make it harder or easier (e.g. mountain climbers or plank or downward dog, using weights vs. lighter weights vs. no weights). I also felt like it was a very positive environment in general- in the class and throughout the building.

I love Jessica de, Reace, Rebecca and Amanada M. I wish I could make it to more of their classes! What I like most about their classes is that they incorporate more main stream music. I cannot go to a yoga class and listen to super calming music unless it is literally 8 pm at night.

Instructors, atmosphere.

The grant studio is my favorite of all studios in Denver. I appreciate all the class times available and options of classes. The instructors are top notch. They are always very helpful and friendly and overall deliver excellent classes that are challenging and enjoyable. My only request is that more instructors offered assist and adjustments.

Very knowledgeable staff and seem to always be there to let you in. Lots of great classes with 2 rooms.

They were incredibly welcoming and friendly. This was the first Corepower that didn't feel so corporate. I felt relaxed. Loved the location and the ladies working there!
