So sweet and a full on burn

A suggestion on the recent class I participated in. Knowing each instructor is unique in their approach to a sculpt class, this one felt a tad chaotic. Usually in a :75 minute class, it helps to start with a standard pose/stretch warm up, transition to more challenging poses and then integrate the elements of movement, strength and endurance. I've appreciated this method in a few of the classes I've taken at Core Power and other studios and often leave totally exhausted. I also take a similar approach when I teach fitness classes and find clients are more engaged - and it helps prevent injury. With this class, we jumped right into more rapid, aerobic based movements and most of the challenging aspects of yoga that I find beneficial, were left aside. The class just felt a tad disorganized.

Just a suggestion as longer classes can be be more challenging to plan for. But also more rewarding.

I did the sculpt class 2 days in a row with different teachers. Loved both classes and teachers...had a great workout both times!

I was visiting Denver and attended two classes w. my sister who is a Denver resident. Both were excellent. The environment was friendly and encouraging, and the classes were challenging and rewarding. I liked seeing the cleaning crew move in right away and the diligence showed throughout the space. I look forward to returning to CorePower Yoga in Denver and esp Grant.

I was visiting Denver from Las Vegas. I was very impressed with the grant street location. All of the staff was very warm and welcoming. The classes were excellent with a good balance of physical and spiritual components. My only recommendation would be to increase the time allowed at the end of classes for meditation instead of hurrying out for the next class. I will definitely be coming back to this studio when I return to Denver.

Instruction is excellent. Atmosphere is professional and a warm community feel. Absolutely enjoyed the instructor and the class.

The instructors are amazing. It's easy to get in and out of, with the garage parking. Laura Mikos and Terri S are the best!

A lot of variety, love sculpt, great instructors feels like home! But 2$ for a small Water which was a a large? does make me bring my own bottle! I love the water filter!

Loved the music in the class! The class itself was also really good. And I loved the studio itself - super dark with the right amount of candles. I will definitely be back!
