The Staff & Location 😘
I like the variety of classes and times. I am very disappointed that the 5pm is now only sculpt. It used to alternate between sculpt and c2. As this is one of the few times I can go during the week it really limits what classes I can take. I enjoy the c2 class a lot more than sculpt and hope that it changes back to 5pm.
I love that I don't have to fight for space, parking is always available and there is always consistency with teachers
I loved it I swear more than I ever have. Travis is an amazing teacher.

C2 and sculpt
The facility is nice & comfortable. Also the instruction in class is great. I really like that instructors seem to know when to give me space to figure out things on your own yet also help fine tune my technique It makes it worth it to be in a class versus just doing yoga at home.

Location however I wish there were more variety in the class times
the merchandise is always fresh with new selections and love the sales on it too!

I really enjoyed the challenge and energy of the yoga sculpt class! It was a nice balance of relaxing breathing/stretching and high energy movement - just what needed!
