Customer Testimonials
We’ve had a wonderful experience at Mathnasium. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and really focus on helping each child understand concepts clearly instead of just memorizing steps. My kids have become more confident in math and actually enjoy learning now. We truly appreciate the personalized attention and supportive environment.
My daughter now makes A's in Math!!
For a 5-year-old, it’s impressive how you keep him engaged and focused on paper activities for an hour. Whatever play-based learning you’re doing, please keep it up!
I’m curious about his progress and whether he’s really grasping the concepts beyond the paper. It would be great to understand how the program encourages him to apply these theories into his daily practice.
While small toys, such as Hot Wheels, work wonders for motivation, I’m looking to stick with those and move away from candies or miscellaneous small products.
This is a good learning and teaching environment for math. Sam is very friendly and professional and the tutors do a good job. My daughter likes the reward system for effort and working hard to learn.
Thank you so much for this strong review, Brandi, and thank you for continuing to allow us to work with your daughter. We've really enjoyed getting to know her and interacting with her and can't wait to see how far she grows with the Mathnasium program. Thank you, again, for the 10/10 review! We appreciate you.
Very good
I like that the children go at a pace that allows them to absorb the information. However, sometimes the kids take advantage of the self-direction and need to be challenged more.
Excellent in all aspects! We absolutely love it—our daughter does too.
Grades have steadily improved now high B. As a student athlete Mathnasium has worked with us to insure study time is available when practice times vary. Great job this is our 4th and we will continue.
They give great attention to my child. She loves going there.
All the instructors there have done a fabulous job with my kid Romeo.
Mathnasium has been great to Jackson in regards to building his confidence & excelling in Math. We also appreciate their willingness to work with his teachers to keep him moving up in the curriculum he does at school.
Everyone has been very nice and vert knowledgeable. My daughter feels supported and the staff listens to our asks based on what my daughter is struggling with at school in addition to teaching her what she needs to learn to be able to continue thriving in school.
Best math tutorial available. A great investment in future of any child.
Friendly, caring staff help make math make sense in a way that is fun an demonstrates how math is part of our everyday lives.
Price is a bit high and can sometimes be difficult to schedule
We've really enjoyed watching your daughter learn and grow in the Mathnasium program over the past 5-6 years, Bethany. Whether it was during our summer programs or now as a school-year student, she has always been a pleasure to have in Center. She's a hard worker and we're so thankful to be able to partner with you on her math education. Thank you for that opportunity and thank you for the 9/10 review.
I WILL TELL ANYONE ABOUT THIS PLACE.
My kids love to come here and they are thriving ☺️
Bring Jaylynn here has helped her build confidence as well as her grades up. I'm grateful for the staff and management
Mathnasium has supported my child’s education from 5th to now 10 th grade. The friendly, kind, and talented staff have helped him catch up and get ahead, allowing him to follow his goals and dreams. He has learned more math and been happier thanks to Mathnasium.
My son math grades improved dramatically
Overall, it’s helping our daughter a lot with algebra. She’s a lot more confident in her skills going to mathnasium. She appreciates the one-on-one help from the tutors. Her grades are up since we have started.
Best place
For the first time ever, my child genuinely loved tutoring. We live in another country; we love the Wolfchase location so much that we wanted to continue the sessions overseas. It gave her independence and autonomy. The way the instructors explained concepts using simple analogies that actually made sense to her. She didn’t feel “dumb”; she felt capable. Her confidence grew so much, and she actually looked forward to coming (no arguments, no stress). Whatever method you’ve created truly worked. Please don’t change it.
Mathnesium has been such a wonderful help. The tutors are kind, patient, and really take the time to explain things in a way that makes math feel less intimidating. You can tell they truly care about their students and want them to succeed.
We’ve seen real improvement in both understanding and confidence, and sessions always feel supportive and encouraging. Mathnesium has made a genuine difference, and I’m so grateful for the help they provide. Highly recommend.
Thank you, Joana. We love having your student here!
Kai loves it there!
The one criticism I have: Not every instructor gives feedback. No need to blow smoke up my butt and tell me how great my kid is, I just want to know what the instructor’s thoughts are. It would be so helpful to get some constructive feedback. Thanks!
Super nice and patient with my kid.
Thank you so much!
I have definitely seen a confidence and improvement is Math.
My daughter has been attending tutoring for 4 months. She is in the 6th grade and upon entering MS where the content moves faster, I immediately noticed gaps when helping with homework. For context she was meeting expectations with grades and standardized assessments in elementary, but that transition can reveal some things. Also, I am a former HS math teacher, so I understand the content very well. However, I recognized that my daughter needed a different approach and a more neutral party to help her.
The initial assessment confirmed and identified those gaps and the individualized learning plan has worked really well to scaffold in those needed skills. I am starting to see this translating into less pain and tears with homework, faster “mental math”, and improved class test scores where prior she was completing a lot of re-tests.
I want to emphasize that it takes time. Math builds on itself, so when some of those building blocks are shaky you have to solidify those skills before you see major results. It’s important to keep that in mind and have realistic expectations for improvement depending on how far your child has to go. Lastly, the owner, Tenequa Gabriel is a lovely human being and has been awesome!
My son has been going to Mathnasium for the last 2 years and his confidence and grades have skyrocketed. He told me yesterday his classmates call him a Math Nerd, so I asked him if he was okay with that. He said yes, no one else in his class can claim that title.

My daughter is doing very well and she really likes Mathnasium. We are a homeschool family, and they provide me with the support I need in a subject that was always a challenge for her at a traditional school. She really needs that one-on-one attention.
