Love it my daughter is a straight A student ever since she started this program

Mathnasium has truly been a blessing for my son and our entire family who have struggled to help him with math for years. My son is in 10th grade and has struggled in math for a long time. We tried private tutors, worked with him ourselves at home, had him stay for extra help with his teachers, etc., and nothing was really making a positive impact on his performance on math tests. His math grades were really low and I was genuinely becoming concerned about his ability to pass the required math courses in order to graduate high school. I have no concerns with other subjects, as he does well in everything else, but math has always been a true struggle. Enter Mathnasium at the beginning of this school year, and he has completely turned it around in math class. Prior to mathnasium, he was struggling to pass his math class and had, in fact failed Algebra 1 in 9th grade. Since entering the mathnasium program (he typically attends 3 sessions per week), he has really turned it around. On the first reporting period of this school year, he brought home a solid B on his progress report and has remained on task in math class. My only regret is that I did not know about and I did not get him involved at Mathnasium sooner!

I have seen a great improvement in my daughter's math grade and mastery of concepts since starting to attend. Would highly recommend!

The Mathnasium program is fantastic in its individualized approach to helping each student. My high schooler not only received homework help but during the months she did not have a math class she received skills practice that helped her maintain her math skills.

Math has always been the weaker subject for my daughter. The year following enrollment at Mathnasium, she scored in the 99th percentile in her Math SOLs! This is a huge leap from her previous year (before Mathnasium), when she scored in the 77th percentile in Math. In addition to the tremendous growth, I highly recommend Mathnasium because their instructors are all so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I also love that Peter is always willing to help, and is always open to adjusting the content she is practicing when it came down to preparing for a test or quiz that week. We have since moved away to another state, and my daughter and I keep saying that we wish we could bring everyone at the Mathnasium on Cedar Road with us!!! We miss you all..

Mathnasium has been very instrumental in my kids growth and comfort in math. My daughter struggled with Geometry, but thanks to the wonderful instructors, it has built my daughter’s confidence with math as well as my son! Would highly recommend.

The things that I most Love about Mathnasium is that the instructors work in small groups and the work with your child very closely.

Our son went from a C in his math class to a B. He loves going in and learning new things.

Great teachers and a good balance between homework help and review of basic concepts. We also like that you are conveniently located right here in our neighborhood so my daughter can walk over after school and then I can pick her up when I get off work and when she’s finished.

Although my daughter attend for less than 1 month of sessions, she benefited enough to earn an 85 on math tests that she had prior to tutoring scored less the 50. It was probably too late into the course for her to get a passing grade, but it was obvious she benefited measurably from the time spent with the Mathnasium tutors.

The staff at Mathnasium Chesapeake is amazing. They truly wanted my child to succeed and were patient and understanding with her. I would HIGHLY recommend sending your child to Mathnasium Chesapeake if you want them to improve their math skills quickly in a caring environment.

My daughter loves Math. She comes to Mathnaium with the intention of spending 1 hour and when I come to pick her up she is begging for more time. I am so happy with her performance and grades that she will continue to come.
