Mathnasium Upper Westside has been an amazing experience. My second grade child was at risk of being held back. Because of her progress in math and her learning plan for summer she will advance to the 3rd grade. Kai and team have been supportive and responsive throughout the process. My daughter loves Mathnasium and enjoys math. She is more confident and progressing well. I love the structure and the individual attention with 1:1 tutoring. My child recently stated that sometimes she does not want to go to the sessions but when she gets there she is happy 😃. The main issue is that her brother goes to the park after school while she is at the center.
There are trades offs with time and cost however it has been well worth it. My goal was to build her confidence and help her to catch up in math. Mathnasium has been a great partner.

Best experience.

Having a math guy (physicist) dad, you would think our family would have little need for Mathnasium. Alas, this is not the case. I'm not sure what Mathnasium's secret is, but I know that I am always happy with the approach and intent of Mathnasium's teaching and teachers.

Our daughter loved her sessions at Mathnasium UWS, and looked forward to them; because, she found the instructions very helpful and she could see how much progress she made. We also appreciated how available the UWS team was to address our questions and how flexible they were as our needs changed during the course of the year. Thank you all.

Detailed and personalized assessment and progress feedback. Professional and timely email communication. Flexible scheduling. Expensive, but it has been worth the money for our family.
