My son is very happy to do extra math at your center. We had a wonderful experience at your center with our daughter too. The instructors, especially Mr. John, were able to get her up to speed in math, as a result my husband and I are happy with her performance in high school math.

Relationships built and individual needs addressed

Love the ability to make teaching fun. To be honest, I have two objective comments:
1. The 7-8pm time slot is always full which is hard for kids with after school activities to participate.
2. The space needs a refresh. The paint is sad, chairs are old and the overall space looks really worn in. The parents in this community typically have very nice homes and it feels odd that this space can’t keep up with the wear and tear of the use in the space. A small touch up would go a long way!

Mathnasium of Kenilworth, IL has been absolutely critical to development confidence in math for my child. It has also fostered an interest in math, which was something that would have been highly unlikely before we started. It is an excellent program and the staff at the Kenilworth location is phenomenal.

Mr. John is an excellent teacher! My kids have all improved significantly after working with him.

Mara has had a fabulous 2 years at Mathnasium and I highly recommend. Always helpful with scheduling, flexible, great location, good tutors who she has enjoyed spending time with as well as learning loads. Happy kids learn better! Her attitude to math went from not liking it, not feeling very good at it, to high scores at school and bags of confidence. Such an easy way to get math homework done with knowledgeable help in a busy schedule. Well managed office with great staff, very responsive to questions.

Only issue is that sometimes other kids are so talkative that the staff has to divert all energies to that child which leaves the focused child with a question left to wait for the diversion to cease.

My daughter's attitude toward math has completely changed since starting Mathnasium! She has more confidence and actually enjoys math now. Her grades went up too, which is an added bonus :).

Our 3 elementary and middle school girls have been going to Mathnasium Kenilworth for 2 years. It has made an incredible difference in their confidence in math, and they look forward to going. The instructors are very dedicated to the students and know how to make math really fun and engaging. The program is extremely effective in reinforcing and building math skills and compliments what they are working on at school. We are very grateful that we have such an amazing resource in our community.

The program has given my son additional confidence and I believe he enjoys being one of the stronger math students in the class. Also, his standardized test scores have increased since he has been doing the program.

Both of my kids attend regularly and have for several years. They are ahead of their peers (which definitely was not the case for my oldest son) but more importantly have gained confidence in all subjects; they know they are bright because they are ahead of the curve in a subject many kids simply don’t get.
