We signed a contract and paid 33 percent deposit right away at the end of March and we sent the package to our HOA a request for approval, we got it in 3 weeks to our surprise! and we notify our Deck Bulder to be prepare to start the construction, for my surprise we have to call and text repeatedly to find out the status, we expect a proper communication an update about the project that shows professionalism and accountability!
That is not an impressive contractor need to correct their communication flow with client.
