Jo Ann is the best at deep tissue massages! She more of a physical therapist. She knows when to concentrate on a bad spot and takes her time to explain to me what she's doing and why. She also stretches me and had given me tips to do at home to help my hips and IT band.
I can usually get an appointment when I need one, even if I call last minute. The staff will work with me until I get an appointment that works for me.
The entire staff is friendly and very welcoming! I love the new place on Maryville Rd - closer to my house for one, but it's also very nice and cozy. It's my escape from the real world!
