Bodies Kneaded hires the best in their field. All three that I have worked with know the muscles and their connections with the bones that often trigger pain. I have learned so much on how to alleviate pain on my own between sessions. They have even told me things to tell my trainer and my acupuncturist. They make my life better, especially JoAnn.
