My daughter loves going to Mathnasium! Her math skills have greatly improved in just a few short months.
Mathnasium has been near perfect for our son. One recent criticism however:
During our son's spring break, we arrived at Mathnasium during their advertised business hours (which were posted on their website and on their Google listing). Unfortunately, the location was closed and there was no sign on the door.
I highly recommend that this location consider a few things: if they are going to alter the hours (especially, for example, during spring break or holidays), an email should be sent to the registered parents and the website and Google listing should be updated accordingly.
We were very frustrated because it led to major alteration of schedule for our family that day and the subsequent days. This should be an easy fix.

I am very happy with my 8th grader’s and 11th grader’s experience at Mathnasium. They both actually enjoy going-they definitely don’t dread it. My 8th grade son has been attending longer than my 11th grade daughter, and he’s gained confidence. I know the guided practice he receives at Mathnasium will help him with his Geometry EOC.

Since going to Mathnasium my daughter’s ability and confidence in math has improved greatly. She loves having such great tutors who are helping understand and build on her knowledge and skills in math. Her grades at school have also increased significantly.

The program that you use is very effective for encouraging my granddaughter to want to do the math work your tutors provide her. It has been almost six months and my granddaughter looks forward to going to your one hour classes. I am impressed with the awards system that encourages her to learn the objectives she has set before her. The only thing that I do not like is the cost of the program. But the old attage of, "You pay for what you get", is certainly very true, with your program. It also might be nice to have a Saturday schedule. Thank you for all your staff who are doing a fantastic job of teaching my granddaughter...

My daughter loves going into mathnasium and when she leaves she always expresses how going here increases her confidence in math little by little.
My child loves Mathnasium. Her favorite cousin that was at her house and asked her if she could skip going to Mathnasium so they could play, she told him no! She reminded me that she had to go to Mathnasium once. She is learning and is being challenged.
This is my second child attending Mathnasium. They both have had an excellent experience and their grades have improved.

Great connection with tutors, and dedicated work performed by all your staff . My daughter greatly improved her math skills and her grade improved since attending Mathnasium. One proposal, bring back either Friday or Saturday hours. It is not easy to schedule only Mon - Thursday and Sundays.

Both of my kids have benefitted greatly from Mathnasium. My daughter attended for three months and gained the foundations she needed. Although math isn't her favorite subject, she has managed to get an A+ in the class and I was told by her teacher that it's too easy for her! My son is in advanced math in high school and was struggling but refused to get help. When he finally attended Mathnasium, the tutors (who are also high school math teachers) made it easy for him to understand. We've watched his confidence grow and his grades improve
Mathnasium has been fantastic for my daughters. It has helped them a lot, and they truly enjoy their time there.
My youngest daughter even chose to continue attending instead of switching to private tutoring, which says a lot about how much she values it.

My 3rd-grade daughter has attended Mathansium since August 2025. We have seen consistent improvements in her confidence, ability, and approach to math, and coming into the Frankfort, IL tutoring center. I think their (Mathanasium method) really helps meet kids where they are and she is gettting ahead in mathematical application, analytical thinking, and reasoning.
Thank you MR. O and all of the Mathnasium Tutors, you are all phenomenal! I highly recommend that any parent who is contemplating getting math tutoring for their child try them. Ask about receiving a (Homework Pass) to try them out, and be sure to inquire about getting a (free) assessment.
They have been very flexible with my changing schedule. Very courteous and as per child very comfortable learning environment.

My daughter was behind in math and couldn’t catch up, even at a private school with extra help. As these things tend to go, the further behind she fell, the more she disliked math and eventually the less effort she gave. Mathnasium was able to help her generate a positive attitude towards math and begin the catching up process. She still has a long way to go but the fighting to get math homework done and study for exams have been eliminated.
