I love how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere is at Urban Day Spa Louetta! No one tries to up sell me, the area is not cluttered with other products, and the facility is always clean and neat. I have never had an average experience - it is always above average at the very least!

I really like that you ask clients to respond to questions regarding service at the end of the massage experience. One thing I do not like is when the therapists talks too much. This has never been an issue at Urban Day Spa! Thank you~

I received a spa package appointment from my husband for my birthday. I was nervous at first because it was my first ever professional massage. It was the most relaxing afternoon I have experienced in a while. I work a high-stress job and it was just what I needed. I am definitely looking forward to making another appointment.

Excellent from the reception to the massage to checkout. Lily is the greatest. Very professional and just the right touch. I have had some therapist that apply too much pressure. It's not that I am uncomfortable during the massage, but I am sore for a couple of days later. Lily is perfect and I would recommend her to anyone without reservations.
