Hair length in area was not cut to specified length. It was takes to short. The woman was very nice but unfortunately left an area that I wanted covered exposed.

The stylist was great and efficient, online system did not slow me to schedule even by 10:10am yet other people were already taking care of and I waited another 35 min for service even though I was physically there.

First and foremost is that they give a quality haircut. Even without an appointment I got right in.
Love the massages and vibrating chair. Its that kind of extra attention that makes the haircut an enjoyable experience. She also trimmed hair in my ears and eyebrows.
The final spray on conditioner was a nice touch. Second most important consideration is that my wife liked it.
My stylist was fine, the overall experience was very good but my haircut was so so.
I walked out with a good haircut at a reasonable price after being pampered a bit. What's not to like?
