The women who cut my hair was not names Amanda. Amanda is who I scheduled for. It's my fault for it speaking up. It's your fault for not giving people who they scheduled. All said and done Amanda would have done a great job but whoever cut my hair sucked. Sorry to use that language but between her awful personality and horrible hair cutting skills she DESERVES a zero out of 10. I work in customer service and we get graded off of surveys. If a bad survey comes in our area manager will reach out. With that being said I try my hardest to stay away from negative surveys but my girl sucked personality wise and ability to cut hair.
Was a walk in - greeted quickly and by friendly staff who got me on the book with Savannah immediately. She did a great job of recognizing I did a scissor cut and finding the couple spots of wild hair that wants to stick up. Newly relocated to the waterside area and feel like I have found where my cuts will happen. Happy with experience and outcome.
