While the ATTEMPT to make this a better experience than your competitors was obvious, the end result was the same, just more expensive. My stylist did a good job. That is, I was happy with the haircut I received. It looks good. However, I was in and out of the chair in under 5 minutes. She was surely experienced. It was very obvious that she was in a BIG hurry, and her attention was focused on greeting and counting people who walked in the door. I feel like the VIP service is supposed to make you feel "special" and relaxed. It did anything BUT that. It made me feel nervous and tense because the stylist was RUSHED! I feel like there was a TIMER at each step. Although I never actually saw a timer or stopwatch, I felt as though I was taking up too much of her time, that she was in a BIG rush and I was holding her up from taking care of the other customers. I may or may not get as good of a cut next time, but the stylist will certainly be focused on the clock, not on me and my hair. Should I continue to pay extra just to watch a sports channel during my 5 minute haircut or just take my chances at one of your competitors?
