I wish I could book an appointment before the location opens. I’d like to open my app at 8am, book a 2pm appointment with my stylist and done. I dislike checking the location any times a day to see if I can make your schedule accommodate my schedule.
I just want to book a time that fits with my schedule via the app or online. Maybe even days in advance.

The use of your app makes not having to wait a real plus. Every stylist that I have had in the last four years (snowbird) has been attentative and not rushed. This time Kat was very good. I had a nice conversation and she cut my hair very well. I have never had a bad experience with Sport Clips.
Reduce the waiting time. I had a 3 pm appointment but had to wait an additional 20 minutes.

First off the stylist are the most friendly I know, their expertise is superb, you give them an idea as to how you want your haircut then they run with it, the results are like you visualized it i can’t get over how good they’re at it .they definitely make you want to come back (which I intend to do Marissa my new girl I wish she stayed there for a long time come.!
