Mel is a very good stylist. Try to find more like her. Try to keep skilled stylists. Too much turnover and new stylists. A good haircut is really important in the business world.
The staff are awesome and give me the best haircut everytime.

Your app is much improved. If I use the shop in Boardman OH, they have my notes from Osprey FL.
Also the app checks me in in Osprey as I drive into the parking lot.
Shannon in Osprey and Brie in Boardman are very good barbers—they know what they are doing.
