Mel my barber was great. Great place to get a haircut. Have had 13 haircuts in a row. All good cut my hair exactly the way I want with lengths etc in computer. Barbers are friendly and talented at what they do. So I tip well. Assume mine (Tamiami Trail) is a franchise (F) owned. Not sure if F is salaried, has to buy in, must follow certain rules, etc. In any case I did buy a bottle of the shampoo there (green bottle lemon sage) because I liked it. Best I have ever had - but I won’t buy there again unless I can be advised if barbers get a small cut or bonus. Did not want to put barbers in position of answering such a question. Wife can get it for me cheaper at Ulta with coupons (buck or two cheaper) in same shopping center- but if I new barbers were getting a cut I’d buy new bottle at SC) again. Can you let me know? I like the ability to check in from my phone in advance of arriving. I like the sports on TV. I like the massage elements of the process.
Everything. Jessica Cash cuts my hair above and beyond the cost of the haircut cut. You go once tell who ever is cutting your hair. They record it and thats it. Next time just sit in the chair and watch sports.

The stylist was amazing with our son and frequently asked for his opinion and how he liked his hair. Sometimes it’s difficult to find hair stylists that actually talk/interact with a child and she was so nice and included his opinion as well as ours. My husband and I were very impressed and will definitely be back!
Chelsea is awesome. Total asset deserves a raise!

Barber Patricia kept banging me hard in the head with the clippers as if she were drunk, drugged, or perhaps somehow physically disabled. I didn't say anything about it thinking it might be that she's actually disabled. When she was done cutting I had to show her where the hair was still long and ask her to finish. When I got home I had to ask my wife to finish the job as there was a lot of long hairs left uncut on my neck that looked ridiculous. Worst barber ever. I tipped $10. and asked for her card so I can be sure never to let her near me again with hair clippers. A $21. haircut plus $10. tip. What a waste of $31. I won't be back.
