I like the full service cut, wash, massage, and my stylist paid attention to cutting my hair properly rather than talking the whole time.
Great haircut!!
It was a horrible experience. I drove 30 minutes to that store to get my haircut because I had such a great experience last time. This visit was a disaster. First, it was a half hour later that the estimated expected wait (you will see why). Then, when I was next on the list, and the person below me had requested a certain consultant. A consultant finished with her client and then helped another consultant with her client for a few minutes (BTW, that haircut took over an hour because the consultant was new - that client was very upset also). Anyway, I guess that the consultant that had just finished her client, was the person requested by the next person because she stalled for about 15 minutes, walking around doing nothing, talking about a party, and about one of her friend's house until another consultant was finished and called me back. Within 30 seconds of the other consultant calling me back, the first consultant called the next guy on the list. Ordinarily, I don't care, but I wanted an experienced consultant. The consultant that cut my hair was very nice, but she was new and didn't know what she was doing. My haircut was horrible, but I wanted to cut my losses and leave before it was made worse by trying to fix it. I will not be going back.

Savannah was great. She took Tim to listen to my teenager show him how to use products for a little more style. As a young teen he’s growing up and showing his independence. Great first experience at the LWR location near UTC.

I don’t use stuff in my hair, but my stylist was excellent, she gave me a fantastic haircut and the hot towel and wash was great, super friendly and super nice young lady
